Activity statistics
The statistics page opens from the activity card in the dashboard and shows how participants go through the activity and where they came from.
Participant path#
The funnel shows how many people opened the activity, how many started completing conditions, how many completed all required steps, and how many reached the primary marker. If the activity has optional steps or several required conditions at once, separate blocks appear nearby: a reference summary for optional steps and an intersection diagram for required ones.
More on what the primary marker is and how conditions affect prize eligibility - Markers and Participant actions.
Platforms#
The donut chart shows the distribution of participants by social network (Telegram / VKontakte / Max). If the activity is published in a single channel of a single network, this chart will be degenerate - almost all participants will end up in one column. To answer "which specific place did participants come from" (which post, which mailing, which banner), use the "Sources" breakdown below instead.
Sources#
Shows which source tag the participant used the first time they opened the activity - that is, exactly which link they came through, if you handed out several different links in different places (your own channel, a paid post with a blogger, a mailing list, a third-party post).
How to add a tag to a link#
In the activity QR-code modal (the "Share" / "QR code" button on the activity card) there is a "Source tag" field. Enter a short word - Latin letters, digits, a hyphen, e.g. blogger or tgpost2 - and the link/QR code next to the field will update to include the tag. The QR code itself and the plain link without a tag don't change: you can keep using an already printed QR code and only add a tag for new links you hand out to a specific place.
The tag is recorded once, on the participant's first visit, and is never overwritten if they open the activity again through a different link. This matters: statistics show where a person came from the first time, not which link they clicked last.
The "Source not specified" row#
If a participant arrived without a tag - a direct visit, a forwarded post, an old link without a tag - they land in a separate "Source not specified" row. This row isn't tied to any real source and is always shown last in the list, even if it has more participants than the others by count: it's not a competing tag, it's simply "unknown".
If no tagged links have been used yet at all, the "Sources" block on the statistics page isn't shown - instead there's a hint that a tag can be added through the activity's QR code.
The link from the post gets a tag automatically#
The link the bot substitutes into the published activity post automatically gets the post tag - no need to tag it manually. So even without a single manually created link, the "Sources" breakdown will show how many participants came specifically from the channel post.
The
posttag cannot be entered manually in the "Source tag" field - this name is reserved so that automatic and manual links don't get mixed up in statistics.
For a detailed guide to naming tags and what they don't affect, see Source tags.
Winners and how to reach them#
As soon as winners are selected, a "🏆 Winners" block appears on the statistics page: participant name, social network, prize and place, and the date they won.
This is also where the main delivery tool lives - the "Message" button next to each winner. It opens a protected conversation inside Re:Activity where the other party is verified by the platform: there's no need to switch to private messages or exchange contacts. This is the primary and safest way to arrange the address and delivery details - see Messaging the Organizer About a Prize for details.
Each winner is shown with their verification code, which you can copy or reissue. The code is only needed when the conversation happens outside the platform: a real organizer says the code first, and that's how the winner tells you apart from a scammer. Inside the chat the code isn't needed. See Verification Code: How It Works.
The "Download CSV" button exports the list of winners together with their verification codes.
Daily dynamics#
The chart shows how many new participants joined and how many actions were completed by day since the activity launched. Useful for spotting a spike after publishing a post or noticing that the inflow has stopped.
