Part B. Consent to web analytics (cookie banner)

By clicking "Accept" or switching on the "Analytics" category in the cookie settings of the Website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Operator my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose

Statistical analysis of visits to the public pages of the Website (home page, knowledge base, blog, legal pages) in order to improve their content and usability: counting visits and traffic sources, analysing how visitors use the pages.

This consent does not cover processing for advertising, retargeting, profiling to make decisions about me, or transfer of data to advertising systems.

2. Personal data

• cookie identifiers and similar identifiers assigned by Yandex Metrica (including _ym_uid) and by the Website (device identifier);
• IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, city);
• browser, operating system, device type, screen resolution and language;
• addresses of the Website pages visited, the referring page and UTM tags, date, time and duration of the visit;
• actions on the Website pages: scrolling, clicks, cursor movements, link clicks, including as a session recording (Session Replay / Webvisor). The content of input fields is not recorded.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated. Disclosure only to the person specified in clause 4.

4. Processor acting on the Operator's instruction

YANDEX LLC (Russia, OGRN 1027700229193, INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021) - Yandex Metrica service, including Webvisor, under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use: https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/.

The data is processed and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation. The Operator does not transfer this data outside Russia.

5. Term

12 months from the moment consent is given, or until it is withdrawn, whichever is earlier. After the term expires, the Website will ask for consent again.

Webvisor recordings are kept in Yandex Metrica for 15 days (per Yandex Help); aggregated statistical reports are kept in depersonalised form. The record of this consent (date, time, text version, choice) is kept by the Operator for 3 years after the consent expires, to prove that it was obtained.

6. Withdrawal

I can withdraw consent at any time:

• via the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer by choosing "Necessary only";
• by sending a request to the e-mail address given in the "Operator" section.

After withdrawal via "Cookie settings" the Yandex Metrica counter stops loading immediately. Upon a request, the Operator stops the processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receipt (Part 5 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"), unless otherwise required by law.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

7. Refusal

Refusal to give this consent does not restrict access to the Website or the Service: cookies strictly necessary for the Website to work are used without analytics consent.

Part A. Consent of a Service user (sign-up)

By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" when signing up or first logging in to the Service, I give the Operator my consent on the following terms.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons in clause 3, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Automated and mixed processing.

3. Recipients

• Telegram, VK, MAX - to the extent required to deliver a message.

4. Term

Until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn. Data under 1.1 and 1.2 is destroyed within 30 days after account deletion; under 1.3 - after the retention period required by accounting laws for payout records.

5. Withdrawal

In the notification settings of the Service (for 1.1), by request to the e-mail address given in the "Operator" section, or via the support bot. Processing stops within 30 days of receipt.

Withdrawing consent under 1.2 makes AI features that rely on external providers unavailable; all other features remain.
