Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Re:Activity platform (hereinafter - the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any conditions, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Re:Activity is a platform for creating and managing activities (giveaways, contests, promotions) on social networks Telegram, VKontakte, and Max.
We provide tools for automating activities, mini-games, and AI content generation, but are not responsible for the content of the activities themselves, prizes, or their delivery.
3. Use of AI Functions
Re:Activity provides access to text and image generation features and the AI support assistant (SupportAgent). By using AI functions, you accept the following terms:
- The Service acts as an intermediary between the user and neural network providers; result quality depends on these providers
- You bear full responsibility for prompt content and use of generated content
- Generating content that violates copyrights, is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal is prohibited
- Using AI functions to create disinformation, deepfakes, or misleading content is prohibited
- Content generated by AI at the user's request is transferred to the user without claims from the Service
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of generated content; result verification is the user's responsibility
- The cost of AI generation is deducted at the time of the request and is not refunded for unsatisfactory results
- AI function pricing may be changed unilaterally due to changes in third-party provider rates
4. Registration and Account
Account requirements:
- Using the Service requires authorization via Telegram, VKontakte, Max, or email
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
- Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited
- Merging accounts from different social networks is possible through the "Link Social Networks" section in Settings
- We reserve the right to block an account for rule violations
- When an account is deleted, all data is deleted within 30 days
- Unused internal currencies are not refunded upon account deletion
5. Mini-Games
- Mini-games (Pixel Sky Run, Stack Tower 3D, Knife Hit 3D, Helix Jump 3D, Color Switch 3D) are embedded in activities and run in the browser
- Mini-game results are transmitted with a cryptographic signature; client-side data manipulation is not possible
- Number of attempts and replay rules are set by the activity organizer
- Additional attempts may be paid - paid with magnets π§² or batteries π
- The winner is determined according to the selection rule set by the organizer (random among goal achievers, best score, etc.)
6. Usage Rules
When using the Service, the following are prohibited:
- Violating Russian Federation legislation and international law
- Creating activities with illegal content
- Distributing spam, viruses, malware
- Using the Service for fraud
- Conducting activities that violate social network rules
- Inflating statistics or using bots
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Service's code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service, including source code, design, logos, and trademarks, belong to Re:Activity rights holders.
- Content created by users (activity descriptions, images) remains their intellectual property
- Users grant the Service the right to use content for platform operation
- Content generated by AI at the user's request is transferred to the user without claims from the Service
8. Pricing and Internal Currencies
The Service uses a subscription plan system and internal currencies:
- Flasks π§ͺ - primary payment currency for plans and activities; purchased via SBP
- Sparks β¨ - paid currency for AI functions; purchased via SBP or by exchanging flasks
- Energy β‘οΈ - free daily resource for AI functions; resets daily at 00:00 UTC
- Magnets π§² - participant currency, earned by inviting referrals; used for extra attempts
9. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms:
- Payment is made in flasks π§ͺ via SBP (instant)
- Balance top-up is done through the Shop
- Refunds are only possible in case of a technical error on the part of the Service
- Unused flasks and sparks have no expiration date
- When changing plans, the unused balance is returned proportionally
10. Referral Program
Referral program terms:
- A referral link is unique to each user
- The program works on three levels (referrals, their referrals, and third-level referrals)
- Reward is accrued for a referral's registration and their first activity launch on a channel with 20+ subscribers
- Reward percentage depends on the user's rank in the referral program
- Self-referral schemes do not work
- The referral balance accumulates as flasks and is used inside the platform; cash withdrawal is available only to participants of the closed "Re:Activity Prime" program under a separate agreement
- We reserve the right to change program terms with notification through Service channels
- Abuse of the referral program (fictitious registrations, manipulation) results in a ban
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted platform operation
- Absence of errors and technical failures
- Data safety in force majeure circumstances
- Compatibility with all devices and browsers
We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including social networks, payment systems, and neural network providers.
Organizers are solely responsible for activity content, terms, and delivery of prizes to participants.
12. Service Modification and Termination
We reserve the right at any time to:
- Modify Service functionality
- Introduce new restrictions or requirements
- Terminate the Service with advance notice
- Change pricing and payment terms
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service or messenger. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached - through courts at the location of the Service rights holder.
